EagleRider understands the needs of motorcycle enthusiasts and adventure travelers; we offer a huge selection of perfectly maintained Harley, Honda, Triumph, Kawasaki and BMW motorcycles and allow one-way rentals or guided tours between franchise rentals facilities located in the most desirable tourist destinations in the world. 

We are in search of a Van Guide that is bilingual in German that will work directly with the Tour Guide and clients to support a guided motorcycle tour and deliver the optimal customer experience while on the road. Duties include driving the support vehicle for a group of motorcycles on a specifically-designed tour, working closely with your Tour Guide to ensure the safety and well-being of your clients, and working with the Tours department as a whole to discover new methods and practices to improve the department.  We are most in need of applicants that also speak German, Italian, French, Spanish and Portuguese.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely support the Tour Guide and motorcycle groups while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Work closely with the Tour Guide and Tours Department to deliver the optimal experience for the clients. This is a Team position.
  • Communicate with customers/clients via email, telephone, and face to face as needed. Requires a smart phone and applicable apps.
  • Load and unload customer luggage, tour supplies, and spare motorcycles from the support vehicle.
  • Make sure all needed tools, coolers, first aid kits and equipment are present and in good working condition.
  • Keep the coolers stocked with ice and water as necessary.
  • Assist the Tour Guide to perform necessary research of routes, businesses, attractions, and national parks that will enhance the experience of the group.
  • Assist the Tour guide to monitor and track all expenses charge to company credit card and petty cash.
  • Be on call and available 24 hours a day while on tour.

Minimum Job Qualifications:

The right attitude is essential – skills can be taught!


  • Must be comfortable in driving a 12-passenger van
  • Must be competent in maneuvering a trailer.
  • Must be able to properly load, secure, and unload a motorcycle from a trailer.

Special Skills

  • Prefer previous experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Must be able to pass a drug and background test.
  • CPR certified
  • Ability to use a GPS
  • Ability to exercise qualities such as patience, calmness, and group organization while working closely with people in a variety of challenging and often stressful situations

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working in the hospitality industry.
  • Previous tour guide experience
  • Valid motorcycle license and basic riding
  • Proficiency in a foreign language
  • Advanced knowledge of North America roads, destinations, and attractions specific for motorcycles.
  • Advanced knowledge of different bike manufactures and models, specifically touring models.
