Are you a highly talented Tour Reservations Agent, looking for your next career move in the right direction? If so, there is a window of opportunity for an enthusiastic and committed travel professional to join EagleRider. The successful candidate must have had previous Reservations Agent experience and will be expected to deliver excellence through profit and customer satisfaction. The Agent will approach everything with integrity with what they do and they will work with empathy, exhibit a professional attitude always and promote strong team ethics, along with good mentoring skills. This position will be based out of our Las Vegas location.   


  • Responsible for managing customer experience throughout the booking process for all Self-Drive Tour customers
  • Lead the retail and wholesale Self-Drive Tour sales efforts across all inbound and outbound channels

  • Manage and assist with tour, hotel, room lists and overall tour experience, along with day to day operations
  • Perform other duties or special projects assigned by VP of Brand Experience
  • Ensures that high standards of sales performance and customer relations are established and maintained



  • BA or BS degree preferred
  • Knowledge of the retail travel environment
  • Wholesale Travel Industry experience
  • Experience creating and selling experiential travel and tourism
  • Ability to develop new relationships, and enhance existing partnerships
  • Strong computer (Excel/Word/PowerPoint) and Internet skills
  • Ability to work in a very fast-paced sales environment
  • Some evenings and weekends required
  • Knowledge of motorcycles /  motorcycle enthusiast a plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to interface and develop rapport with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and people skills
  • Reasoning Ability
  • Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills
  • Precise attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure, multi-task, develop and foster relationships
  • Bilingual a plus!
