EagleRider understands the needs of motorcycle enthusiasts and adventure travelers; we offer a huge selection of perfectly maintained Harley-Davidson, Indian, BMW, Honda, and Triumph motorcycles and allow one-way rentals or tours between stores located in the most desirable tourist destinations in the world.

 

The Director of Travel Sales is responsible for developing, implementing and driving all sales revenue activities for the company including sales team management, maximizing retail and wholesale sales channels for rentals, tours, travel and membership products, and yield optimization. The Director will work closely with the Executives and will report directly to the CEO.  This position will work in close collaboration with the following executives:

 

·         CEO

·         COO/CFO

·         CTO

·         CMO

·         Vice President – Global Wholesale Sales

·         Vice President - Experience

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

·         Drive retail and wholesale sales for all EagleRider travel products and services (rentals, tours, hotels, attractions, motorcycle events and travel

·         Increase Club EagleRider membership sales through retail and partnership agreements

·         Maximize sales of EagleRider products and services through retail and wholesale channels

·         Sales-minded leader focused on ROI by continuously reducing cost and overhead while increasing company revenue

·         Oversee and optimize line of business P&L

·         Provide consumer demand feedback of new product and service needs    

·         Critically analyze the impact of revenue management and other strategies implemented

·         Participate in travel shows and presentations worldwide to open new business generating markets and acquire new accounts

·         Lead business development efforts with marketing team, including major travel shows and motorcycle events to increase new accounts and clients

·         Oversee the existing accounts to continuously improve revenue per account

·         Manage sales strategy for EagleRider top producing accounts and top salesman.  

·         Directly supervise the sales division

·         Work in tandem with the management teams to develop and implement strategies to attract an optimal business mix in either existing segmentation or thru new segmentation

·         Optimize pricing and revenue for products within the EagleRider offering

·         Manage sales lead generation, management and closing techniques

·         Manage weekly sales/stand-up  meetings and report sales opportunities to management

·         Participate in supervision of sales activities across the company including all the company stores to improve/coordinate sales process and yield.

Experience Required:
 

·         Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience

·         8-10 years’ experience in Sales Management and Strategy

·         B2B Business development in the Travel or Lifestyle Industry

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·         Excellent organizational and time management skills

·         Excellent presentation and sales skills

·         Active team player and self-starter

·         Ability to identify and solve problems

·         Excellent MS Office skills

·         Must have a focus on detail and driving top and bottom-line results
