To address our accelerated growth, we are seeking a Vice President of Operations candidate with executive level experience in Operations Management, Corporate Leadership, Financial Management, Business Development, Sales and Strategic planning. This position will report to the COO/CFO.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Oversee executive management and staff within the operations organization to assure alignment and goals are established to support employees and accomplish company objectives.
  • Manage national network of rental locations including driving revenue through business development and driving in store revenue.
  • Lead, manage and drive Customer Satisfaction for Experience driven company.
  • Enhance employee engagement through various initiatives.
  • Ensure that company policies and procedures are adhered to at the rental location level.
  • Drive financial performance and optimization including overseeing accounting/financial activities and efforts to supervise cash management activities, execute cost reduction or buying strategies or modify employment levels to support current and future business projections.
  • Review and analyze corporate, division, and department financial accounting and performance including revenue, costs, productivity, and efficiencies to meet company profitability goals.
  • Develop budgets and plans to meet company revenue and profitability goals.
  • Establish and implement strategies and set the overall direction the company or organization.
  • Provide visionary and strategic leadership for the organization.
  • Work closely with executives and management to optimize revenue, fleet efficiencies, service efficiencies amongst other activities



  • Minimum 10 years of leadership/management experience with P&L responsibility.
  • Bachelor’s degree or Masters with relevant business experience.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and management/leadership
  • Working knowledge of department functions within an organization, including operations, finance, human resources, safety, maintenance, retail and customer service, etc.
  • Ability to plan, problem-solve, prioritize, and organize workload; flexibility to handle pressure, work with interruptions and meet deadlines.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in use of technology, computers, and software (Excel, Word, Microsoft Office, etc.).
  • Experience is rental, travel or multi-location company are big pluses
