We have an excellent opportunity for a Director of Corporate Training, reporting into our CFO. This person will be responsible defining, creating, and implementing strategies through core resources for the design, implementation, evaluation, and oversight of programs that facilitate EagleRider’s staff development, leadership development, and continuous learning for all staff. This role also delivers client training including webinars, virtual and onsite engagements.


·         Develop training programs designed to support organizational strategic plan and business objectives. This position will identify, develop and monitor program effectiveness.

·         Must be results oriented and possess an entrepreneur style of management.

·         Establishes online training platform for various roles within EagleRider and maintains digital content

·         Plans, directs, delivers, and evaluates training via webinar, virtual and onsite sessions, within the scope of available resources

·         Builds and maintains a library of resources that address frequently needed, requested, and/or required skills for staff competencies as needed

·         Evaluates activities and resources within EagleRider continuously, including the process of evaluating staff performance to determine their effectiveness in meeting department and/or organizational goals and objectives for the organization

·         Designs, implements, and leads organization-wide learning and development initiatives

·         Works in a team with staff and department managers to produce programs that are satisfactory to all relevant parties in an organization





·         Demonstrates success in developing training programs designed to support business needs.  Strong emphasis on virtual training highly desired

·         Must be able to manage multiple priorities and establish action plans for specific goals and objectives.

·         Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Technology or related field

·         Min. 5 years’ experience in training, required

·         Min. 2 years’ experience in virtual platform training delivery, required

·         Demonstrated understanding of MS Office (especially PowerPoint), required

·         Successful classroom management, including an engaging delivery, meeting learning objectives, effectively handling distractions, and embracing teachable moments

·         Proven experience in delivering virtual training

·         Staying up to date with industry training standards, approaches and techniques

·         Strong understanding of online content management, digital media distribution, and customer support models as well as current industry practices and trends

·         Proactive, organized, and willing to take on tasks beyond job scope

·         Collaborative, creative team player with a positive attitude and desire to achieve success working with others
