**Must be willing to travel to our Los Angeles Corporate Headquarters for initial Training and meetings.**

We are seeking a dynamic sales-minded professional to lead the sales efforts in our fast-paced, high-energy Contact Center in Los Angeles.  The Sales Center Manager will be an exceptional leader and motivator whose role will be to build a world-class team of motorcycle travel and tour sales professionals.  The primary focus will be to recruit, build, train, coach and mentor a team of sales professionals who are servicing customers from all major USA inbound travel markets, with a laser focus on rapidly increasing revenue and profit by enhancing the Customer Experience.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Design and implement a strategy for increasing sales lead conversion for all travel and tour products across a customer base with multiple languages, cultures, currencies and travel habits
  • Develop a sales training plan and platform for all Contact Center Agents focused on inbound / outbound calls, email and CRM prospecting and sales, upsell and “extras” sales growth, Membership Sales
  • Develop verbal and written sales scripts that will serve as a guideline for all Agents
  • Work with the Revenue Team Leadership to set monthly and annual goals for Agents, and ensure that each team member is acutely aware of their sales achievements vs goal
  • Monitor agent calls, as well as travel trends from top inbound and domestic markets, and make recommendations to the Revenue Team Leadership on adjustments in pricing and product that will drive increased sales conversion and revenue
  • Be in constant motion on the sales floor; monitoring calls, taking over calls, coaching, motivating, and developing our raw sales talent
  • Create a high-energy sales environment without sacrificing the great customer service and customer experience that have set our brand apart for 25 years
  • Constantly seek out innovative sales and technology solutions that will grow revenue and profit
  • Practical and creative mind to solve problems on the spot, as well as an ability to see the “big picture” and make constant improvements

 

Qualifications:

  • BA or BS Preferred
  • 5 + years being the best salesperson in the room – call center or reservations center a huge plus
  • 3 + years as a Sales Manager, Team Leader, or equivalent
  • Verifiable track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work in an extremely fast-paced environment, while leading and developing a team of agents with varying degrees of sales skill
  • Ability to recruit, recognize, train and develop raw sales talent
  • Ability to successfully work with a global customer base
  • An entrepreneurial spirit, and an ability to thrive in a rapidly growing and changing environment
  • Some evenings and weekends required
  • Love of motorcycles and motorcycle travel a plus / Bilingual a plus

Position:  Full Time - $55,000 plus bonus
