We are looking for a Service Manager for our EagleRider San Diego location. Serving EagleRider customers is a key to success in this position. The service manager will operate the department at maximum production, controlling costs, maintaining good employee relationships, setting and obtaining sales objectives and maintaining service records. The service manager also carries out this responsibility by building customer relationships, creating a good work environment and properly managing the assets of the department. Combining your in-depth motorcycle repair knowledge with your exceptional people skills, you'll manage customer relationships and frequently serve as a liaison between technicians and EagleRider customers. You'll also coach, lead, train and supervise motorcycle technicians while assisting with the purchase of parts, materials and equipment.
