EagleRider is the world’s largest motorcycle rental and tour company. Founded in 1992, EagleRider has pioneered the Harley-Davidson motorcycle rental concept and the guided motorcycle tour business. In 2005, we opened our first motorcycle sales superstore, providing customers with an opportunity to purchase ERC Certified Pre-Owned motorcycles.

In an effort to meet our growing demands, we are looking to expand our motorcycle sales operations. We are currently seeking an outgoing, self-motivated individual with a passion for motorcycles to become part of our Sales Management Team. Duties include selling and financing motorcycles, managing a porter & sales staff, while building a successful Sales & Finance Department. Applicants must possess Sales and/or Finance experience in a similar field; be extremely self-motivated, organized, and professional. A passion for motorcycles and the motorcycle lifestyle is a must. Superior communication and technology skills, combined with focus on providing the best customer experience are requisites for success in this exciting position.

Duties include the following:

  • Set an example of professionalism through actions and appearance
  • Set objectives for achieving sales and gross profit
  • Manage Inbound Leads and Appointments
  • Greet and sell to in-person Customers
  • Participate in other tasks as assigned by management
  • Manage physical and virtual inventory
  • Hire and manage sales staff
  • Draft and complete all financial documents and paperwork
